Cosmo mocktail

One of the version of famous cosmopolitan mocktail

Preparation Time : 10 min.
Skill level : easy

Ingredients :
1/4 c crandine syrup
5-6 citrus ice
3/4 c strong soda

1. In a shaker add ice.
2. Add syrup.
3. wet the rim of the glass and dip it in salt.
4. Pour the mix in chilled martini glass.
5. Just before serving add soda.
6. garnish with a squirt of chocolate syrup.
7. garnish with pineapple slice & umbrella.

Preparation Time : 5 min.

Ingredients :
2 c fresh cherries, pitted, chopped or cherry juice
1 c sugar
1/4 c water
1/2 c  lemon juice

1. Blend everything in blender
2. Cook the ingredients for 10 min on medium heat.
3. Let it cool down.
4. At room temperature fill it in a bottle add refrigerate.




Crandine syrup

Preparation Time : 5 min.

Skill level : easy

Ingredients :
1/2 c Cranberry sweetened
3/4 c hot water
2  orange rind big one peeled with peeler
1 c agave

1. Cook cranberry, water with orange rind for 10 min on medium heat.
2. Remove the peel, blend cranberry mix and filter.
3. Add agave, mix and let it cool down.
4. At room temperature fill it in a bottle add refrigerate.

*While peeling orange with peeler be careful not to take white part in.

All natural Grenadine syrup

This is an all time favorite drink-making syrup with all the goodness of pomegranate.

Preparation Time : 5 min.

Skill level : easy

Ingredients :
1 c pomegranate juice (no additional sugar)
2  orange rind big one peeled with peeler
1 c honey

1. Cook orange rind in the pomegranate juice for 5-7 min on medium heat (this will get the flavor of the orange into the pomegranate juice).
2. Remove the orange rind.
3. Add honey, mix and allow the mixture to cool.
4. At room temperature fill it in a bottle and refrigerate.

*For homemade pomegranate juice : Take the seeds and put them in cheese cloth and squeeze
 or
 gently blend the seeds and filter them.
*While peeling orange with the peeler, be careful not to take the white part in. Only the top layer of the orange peel, the orange part, should come in.

Apple mocktail

Ingredients :
1/2 c fresh apple juice
1/2 c ginger ale
5-6 cube lime ice

1. In a shaker add ice.
2. Add apple juice.
3. Shake and pour mix into tall glass with sugared rim.
4. Add ginger ale and serve immediately.

Swimming pool

Ingredients :
1 ts blue butterfly pea flower extract
1 ts white sugar (other sweeteners will change color.)
1 drop orange oil
1 tbs pineapple juice
2 tbs coconut milk
1/2 c soda strong
4-5 cubes pineapple ice
1 slice pineapple
1 cocktail umbrella

1. In a shaker add ice.
2. Add extract, orange oil, sugar and pineapple
3. Add coconut milk and shake.
4. Pour the mix in chilled glob glass.
5. Just before serving add soda.
6. garnish with a squirt of chocolate syrup.
7. garnish with pineapple slice & umbrella.

*To get blue butterfly pea flower extract soak the flowers for 1 hour or so then take one small bowl and squeeze them between fingers.

Coconut ice

This ice will add twist to your drinks.

Ingredients :
1 young coconut
1 tbs agave syrup

1. Open the coconut.
2. Filter the water out in a pot.
3. Take coconut meat out very softly not to take brown part out.
4. If its watery texture mix it in water but if semi solid, chop it fine and  add 1 tbs per cup of water.
5. Make the ice.

Black Russian

Ingredients :
1 tbs black coffee dark
1 tbs chocolate syrup
2 tbs coconut milk, thick
1/2 c soda strong
4-5 cubes Coconut ice

1. In a tall chilled glass add ice.
2. Add coffee and chocolate syrup.
3. Add coconut milk.
4. Just before serving add soda.
5. garnish with a squirt of chocolate syrup.
