Royal Chai

Ultimate Chai for a leisure day to enjoy life at its fullest.

Ingredients:
1  cardamom crushed
Pinch saffron
1 tbs sliced almonds
1 ts sliced pistachio
1 ts washed raisins
1 ts rose syrup
1 Darjling tea bag
1 c hot milk (I use fat-free)
 liquid sweetener like maple or agave syrup or honey or sugar as needed

1. In a pot mix everything but rose syrup, bring it to a boil
2. Turn the heat off. Cover. After 2 min take tea bag out.
3. Add rose syrup.
4. Serve warm.

* you can replace rose syrup and darjling tea bag with Organic India Tulsi Sweet rose tea bag
*Cashew milk works well if you are vegan.

Lavender tea

The pleasant lavender is a sure to love scent in your tea!

Ingredients:
1 tbs English lavender
1 c hot water

1. In a pot mix water and lavender, cover and allow it to stand for 10 min.
2. Filter (optional).
3. Enjoy!

* If you like chilled use warm water and chill and enjoy.
* If you want it sweet you can add 2 ts  liquid sweetener like maple or agave syrup

Sandalwood Tea

Sandalwood is antiseptic, anti-inflammatory,  antispasmodic,  memory booster, sedative, astringent, diuretic, disinfectant, emollient, expectorant  tonic. Aroma of this tea is a mood enhancer.

1. In a pot mix water and flower, cover and let it stand for 5 min.
2. Filter the tea in a transparent cup (It will be royal bright blue color).
3. Now add orange slices.
4. The color will start changing from bright blue to a lovely deep purple.
5. Enjoy!
