Jasmine Tea

With the beautiful scent of jasmine -the pleasing romantic fragrance- this tea is a great way to lighten up your evening. Not only this, but it is an antidepressant, antiseptic, aphrodisiac, antispasmodic, and sedative.

1/2 c Arabian Jasmine flowers
1 green tea bag
1 c hot water

1. In a pot mix everything, cover and let it stand for 5 min.
2.  Enjoy!

* If you like chilled use warm water and chill, filter (optional) and enjoy.
* If you want it sweet you can add 2 ts liquid sweetener like maple or agave syrup.
