Mexican Khakhara pizza

This low fat pizza 
Category :Vegetarian, low fat Nut free
Preparation Time : 5 min.
Cooking Time: 2-3 min. each
Skill level : easy

Ingredients:
4 jeera khakhara or ajwain khakhara
2 tbs BBQ beans
1 tbs chili sauce(spicy, sour)
1 tbs tomato, diced
2 tbs onion, diced
2 tbs corn kernels, steamed
1 tbs cheese 
1 tbs finely cut cilantro
1 ts mix of crushed peppercorns, oregano, chili flakes
salt as needed

1. Heat the griddle over low medium heat.
2. Spread beans and chili sauce over one khakhara
3. sandwich with other khakhra
3. sprinkle toppings and cheese.
4. sprinkle seasoning.
5. Arrange khakhara over griddle gently.
6. Cook for 2 min.
7. Serve immediately.
8. Repeat.

Papadi pizza

Kids are going to love  tiny, crispy, yummy pizza. Ideal for kids birthday party. Goes very well as bite size appetizer for any party or get together  or just evening snacks. This doesn't  get soggy easily so works well as lunch treat also.

Ingredients:
25 baked papadies
1/2 c tomato, diced
1/2 onion, diced
1 ts garlic
1/2 c capsicum
1/4 c  cheese 
1 ts mix of  oregano and chili flakes
salt as needed

1. Arrange papadies in a baking tray.
2. Mix toppings and spoon it over papadi 1 ts each.
3. Sprinkle cheese carefully not to let it go on baking sheet.
4. Sprinkle seasoning and salt.
5. Bake papadies @ 250 degree f till cheese is lightly brown.

Khakhara pizza

Quick snack which is delicious, satisfying, healthy still loved by kids.

1 ts mix of  pepper, oregano, chili flakes
salt as needed


1. Spread pizza sauce over khakhara.
2. sprinkle toppings and cheese.
3. sprinkle seasoning.
4. Ready to serve. Serve immediately.
