Jasmine Tea

With the beautiful scent of jasmine -the pleasing romantic fragrance- this tea is a great way to lighten up your evening. Not only this, but it is an antidepressant, antiseptic, aphrodisiac, antispasmodic, and sedative.

Skill level : easy



Ingredients:
1/2 c Arabian Jasmine flowers
1 green tea bag
1 c hot water

1. In a pot mix everything, cover and let it stand for 5 min.
2.  Enjoy!

* If you like chilled use warm water and chill, filter (optional) and enjoy.
* If you want it sweet you can add 2 ts liquid sweetener like maple or agave syrup.

Choco-Turkish delight




Category : gluten free,  natural fat, Vegetarian
Preparation Time : 5 min.

Skill level : very easy

Ingredients:
1 tbs chocolate syrup
2 tbs rose syrup
1 c coconut milk
7-8 cubes ice

1. Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
2. Pour other ingredients and shake.
3. Pour in a globe glass and serve.

Tulsi Chai

Category :Vegetarian, fat free
Preparation Time : 2 min.
Cooking Time: 7-8 min. 
Skill level : easy

Ingredients:
2 tbs water
2 ts black tea 
5-7 leaves holy basil
2 cardamom husk
1/4 ts peppercorns, crushed
1 c hot milk(I use fat-free)
2 ts sugar 

1. In a pot add everything except milk and on medium heat.
2. When water starts boiling add milk.
3. Bring it to boil.
4. Turn the heat off.
5. Filter. Serve warm.

Chai Masala

The aroma of the spices will bring your spirits up. Makes tea more refreshing.

Ingredients:
1/2 c dry ginger small pieces
2 tbs Cardamom seeds
1 3" stick Cinnamon
10 clove
1 flower mace
1 tbs peppercorns
1/4 nutmeg

1. Grind everything together into fine powder.
2. Store it in airtight container

Masala Chai

Day to day tea for morning to wake the body up and energize it  for a good beginning of your day. For fresher mornings:

Ingredients:
2 tbs water
2 ts black tea 
1 c hot milk(I use fat-free)
2 ts sugar 
1/2 ts Chai masala

1. In a pot add water, sugar, and tea on medium heat.
2. When water starts boiling add milk.
3. Bring it to boil.
4. Add chai masala and boil 2 more minute.
5. Turn the heat off.
6. Filter. Serve warm.

Adrak Elaichi Chai

Tired? Feeling low? This tea will make you feel batter and of course,  it's a remedy for winter cough and cold.

Ingredients:
2 tbs water
1/2 ts grated ginger
1  cardamom crushed
2 ts black tea 
1 c hot milk(I use fat-free)
 sugar as needed

1. In a pot add water and ginger on medium heat.
2. When water starts boiling add tea and cardamom.
3. After 2 minute add milk and sweetener.
4. Bring it to boil.
5. Turn the heat off.
6. Filter. Serve warm.

Kashmiri Chai


Category :Vegetarian, low fat 
Preparation Time : 2 min.
Cooking Time: 5 min. 
Skill level : easy

Ingredients:
1  cardamom crushed
1" cinnamon
1 tbs sliced almonds
1 green tea bag(or green tea leaves)
1 c hot milk(I use fat-free)
 liquid sweetener like maple or agave syrup or honey or sugar as needed

1. In a pot mix everything, cover and bring it to a boil.
2. After 2 min take tea bag out.
3. Serve warm.
