Chai Masala

The aroma of the spices will bring your spirits up. Makes tea more refreshing.

Ingredients:
1/2 c dry ginger small pieces
2 tbs Cardamom seeds
1 3" stick Cinnamon
10 clove
1 flower mace
1 tbs peppercorns
1/4 nutmeg

1. Grind everything together into fine powder.
