Couscous salad

Preparation Time : 15 min.
Cooking Time: nil
Skill level : easy

Ingredients:
1 c  couscous
1 c hot broth
1/4 c finely chopped tomato
1/4 c finely chopped onion
1 tbs finely chopped parsley
2 tbs lemon juice
1 ts olive oil
salt as needed

1. Add couscous in a 3 cup bowl with hot water and cover.
2. Let it stand for 5-7 min.
3. Add olive oil and fluff with fork.
4. Toss everything together
5. Serve.

Cardamom Safron tea

Exotic and uplifting.

Preparation Time : 2 min.
Cooking Time: nil
Skill level : easy

Ingredients:
1  cardamom crushed
a few strands of saffron
1 green tea bag
1 c hot water
1 tbs agave(optional)

1. In a pot mix everything, cover and after 5 min take tea bag out.
2. Let it chill. 
3. Filter the tea.
4. Enjoy!
