Coconut Lime sorbet

Category :Vegan, low fat , gluten free, Nut free
Preparation Time : 2 min.
Cooking Time: 10 min.
Skill level : easy

2 c coconut Milk
zest of 1 lime
1 tbs agar agar soaked for 10 min. in 1/4 c warm water
1/4 ts cardamom powder or 2 ts vanilla essence
1/2 ts salt
1 1/2 c sugar or as needed

1. Heat water till agar agar dissolves completely.
2. Add other ingredients.
3. Bring mixture to gentle boil.
4. cool down. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours.
5. Add mixture in ice cream making bowl and proceed as per direction given with ice cream machine.

*For making sorbet in freezer:
1.Churn ingredient in to smooth consistancy.
2. freeze again for 2 hours
3. Churn again and freeze again till properly set.
4. Serve.
