Aambalvanu

Again good for sun stroke.

Preparation Time : 5 min.
cooking time 5 min.
Skill level : easy

Ingredients:
2 ts Tamarind washed and soaked and seeds removed
1 ts roasted jira
1 ts black salt
1 tbs jaggery
1/4 c + 1 c water

1. boil everything except 1 c water for 5 min.
2. blend, filter
3. chill it with remaining water and serve
