A Tea to Remember

 Not only is this tea to be remembered, but it will help you remember as it is a herbal brain nourishment. It has a mild, floral, and woody scent.

Skill level : easy

5 mandookaparni leaves (centella asiatica)
5 butterfly blue pea flower
1 inch yashtimadhu (glycyrrhiza glabra)
1 c hot water

1. In a pot mix everything, cover and allow it to stand for 10 min.
2. Enjoy!

* If you like chilled use warm water and chill and enjoy.
* If you want it sweet you can add 2 ts  liquid sweetener like maple or agave syrup
