Ginger Lemon Tea

This Ginger Lemon Tea will help you with digestive issues and winter time cough and cold. It warms the body up on cold mornings.

Ingredients:
5 slices of cleaned, washed ginger
1 ts lemon
3 lemon slices
1 green tea bag
1 c hot water

1. In a pot mix everything, cover and allow it to stand for 5 min.
2. Enjoy!

* If you like chilled use warm water and chill and enjoy.
* If you want it sweet you can add 2 ts  liquid sweetener like maple or agave syrup
