Ingredients:
1 c sugar
1 c very fine paste of mint
1 tbs lime juice
1/4 c water
5 drop mint oil (optional)
1. Mix water, sugar, lime and mint and make soft ball syrup(1 string)
2. When cools down filter if mint particles are not desired.
3. Add mint oil, mix.
4. Fill the syrup in a glass jar.
