Preparation Time : 10 min.
1 ts blue butterfly pea flower extract
1 ts white sugar (other sweeteners will change color.)
1 drop orange oil
1 tbs pineapple juice
2 tbs coconut milk
1/2 c soda strong
4-5 cubes pineapple ice
1 slice pineapple
1 cocktail umbrella
1. In a shaker add ice.
2. Add extract, orange oil, sugar and pineapple
3. Add coconut milk and shake.
4. Pour the mix in chilled glob glass.
5. Just before serving add soda.
6. garnish with a squirt of chocolate syrup.
7. garnish with pineapple slice & umbrella.
*To get blue butterfly pea flower extract soak the flowers for 1 hour or so then take one small bowl and squeeze them between fingers.
