Ingredients:
1/2 c hung curd(non-fat greek yogurt)
1/2 tbs sugar plus more if desired
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs finely chopped onion
1/2 ts onion powder

2 big cloves garlic, finely grated
1/4 ts lemon zest

1 ts peppercorns, crushed
1 ts chili flakes
1 ts herb of your choice
2 tbs green onion, finely chopped

1. Blend everything together with fork.
*While making salad add salad toppings likewalnut, pecan, Sunflower seeds, roasted salted cashews, slivered almonds, raisins, cranberries, dried fruits, fresh fruit segments etc.
*For herb : It depends on the ingredients pairing. For cucumber you can take mint or dill where as for bell peppers and onions oregano, same way for cabbage, carrot cilantro etc.
* Make only as much needed, extra will be ok but will become watery.
