Ingredients :
1/2 ts oil
1 c frozen corn
1/2 c onion finely chopped
1/2 ts garlic chopped
1 tbs cilantro finely chopped
1 tbs lemon juice
1/2 c tomato finely chopped
1/2 ts green chili finely cut (jalapeno)
salt as needed
1. Heat oil and roast corn for 5 min.
2. Let it cool.
3. Mix the ingredients.
*To substitute with fresh corn, take cooked corn.
