Mexican Cilantro Rice

Ingredients :

1 ts sunflower oil(or any non fragarent)
1/2 onion finely chopped
1/2 ts garlic chopped
1/2 c cilantro finely chopped
1 tbs lemon juice 
1/2 ts crushed black pepper
2 c cooked and cooled non fragrant long grain rice
salt as needed

1. Heat oil in a wok.

2. Add onion and garlic and saute till light brown.
3. Add other ingredients.
4. Turn the heat off and mix gently.
5. Serve warm.
