Thandai drink mix

Category : gluten free,  natural fat, Vegetarian
Preparation Time : 5 min.
Skill level : very easy

1 tbs Fennel seeds
1 tbs watermelon seeds
1/2 ts Cardamom
1/4 ts saffron
2 tbs fragrant rose petals
1 ts peppercorns
1 tbs cashew
1/4 c milk powder(skim or non-fat)
1/2 c sugar

1. Blend everything together.
2. store in a airtight jar in cold place out of sunlight.

*Having no preservative makes food more prone to spoilage so best thing is to make in a small batch and store it more carefully.
