Caramelized Cashew Drink powder

Preparation Time : 5 min.
cooking time : 15 min.
Skill level : very easy

1/4 c cashews
1/2 ts butter
2" cinnamon
1/4 c brown sugar
3 tbs agave syrup(or any liquid sweetener) 
1/4 c skim milk powder or non fat milk powder

1. Heat butter and add sugar and sweetener.
2. cook till bubbly. 
3. Add cashews and cook for 5 more min.  Let it cool.
4. Blend everything together.
5. store in a airtight jar in cold place out of sunlight.

*Don't store it for very long time since it has nuts and we don't use any preservatives.

*Having no preservative makes food more prone to spoilage so best thing is to make in a small batch and store it more carefully.
