Ingredients :
12 oz tofu cut in 1" cube
marination:
1/2 tbs agave syrup
1/2 tbs soy sauce
1/2 ts ginger paste
1 ts garlic paste
1/2 ts balsamic vinegar
2 ts brown rice flour (for thickening)
a pinch pepper
salt as needed
1 ts chili flakes
1 tbs roasted sesame seeds
1 tbs green onion
1. Mix the marination ingredients.
2. Marinate tofu for 15 min.
3. Bake tofu at 350 degrees for 10 min.
4. Turn over and bake for another 10 min.
5. Serve warm.
