Kokum Cola

We all know that soft drinks are hard on health. This is something equally delicious and healthy. Kokum are very good for summer since it saves us from sun stroke and very good for fat liver(gift of today's inactive lifestyle). People with joint issues should drink it in moderation since sour makes joint sour. Kokum is relative of super fruit mangosteen

Ingredients:
10-12 black kokum (Garcinia indica) washed and soaked in water
1/2 c water
1 ts roasted cumin seeds
1 ts roasted carom seeds(ajwain)
sugar as needed
1/4 ts black salt
1/4 ts salt
2 c soda

1. Boil kokum, cumin, carom seeds.
2. Add sugar and salts. Chill.
3. Filter while serving and add

If you want it aerated
1. take water to 1/2 c and boil till 1/4 c left
2. filter
3. add salts and sugar
4. chill
5. while serving add soda or water.
