Hibiscus Drink

Hibiscus are remedy for PMS problems, cholesterol and blood pressure maintenance and quite simple to make yet satisfying.

Preparation Time : 5 min.
cooking time : 10 min.
Skill level : easy

Ingredients:
10-12 hibiscus flowers, petals only (only red basic one), cleaned thoroughly
zest of 1 lemon
1/2 c water + 3/4 c
sugar as needed

1. boil hibiscus in 12 c  water till water is reduced to 1/4 c
2. turn the heat off
3. add zest and let it cool down.
4. filter and add desired amount of sugar
5. add water or club soda when serving.
Serve chilled.
