Baked onion pakoda

baking Time : 20 min
Skill level : easy

Ingredients :
2 big onion sliced lengthwise
1/2 ts agave syrup
1/2 tbs crushed coriander seeds
1/2 ts ginger paste
1 ts garlic paste
pinch baking soda
pinch aluminium free baking soda
3 tbs brown rice flour
a pinch chili powder
1/2 ts asafoetida
1/4 ts turmeric
salt as needed


1. Mix the ingredients.
2. leave it for 15 min.
3. Mix again.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 10 min.
4. Turn over and bake for another 10 min.
5. Serve warm.
