Greek salad

Skill level : easy

Ingredients:
1 c romaine lettuce
1 c quartered cherry tomato
1 tbs green olive slices
2 tbs diced cucumber
1/2 c colored bell peppers
1/2 c diced red onion
1/4 c fresh mozzarella cheese cut into small pieces
1 ts olive oil
1 tbs finely chopped basil
salt pepper as needed

1. Toss everything together except salt.
2. keep refrigerated for at least 1/2 an hour.
3. Add salt and serve.
