Crunchy Lettuce Salad

Skill level : easy

Ingredients:
2 c red leaf or romaine lettuce, cut
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 c moong bean sprouts
1/2 ts lime zest
1 tbs lemon juice
1/2 ts chili flakes
1/4 ts garlic powder
1/2 ts onion powder
1 ts sugar
salt as needed

1. Toss everything together except salt.
2. keep refrigerated for at least 1/2 an hour.
3. Add salt and serve.
