1 tbs Mint syrup
2 drops mint oil
1/2 c strong soda
5-6 mint lime ice
1. In a chilled martini glass, add ice.
2. Add mint syrup
3. add mint oil in soda and pour soda in the glass.
4. Serve immediately.
*if you don't have mint oil, crush mint in mortar then squeeze between fingers and take the juice out and use that.

Mint syrup
With all the cooling and digestive property of mint makes this syrup desired for making summertime drinks.

Ingredients:
1 c sugar
1 c very fine paste of mint
1 tbs lime juice
1/4 c water
5 drop mint oil (optional)
1. Mix water, sugar, lime and mint and make soft ball syrup(1 string)
2. When cools down filter if mint particles are not desired.
3. Add mint oil, mix.
4. Fill the syrup in a glass jar.

2 tbs finely chopped ripe mango
1. In a blender blend first three ingrediens.
2. pour the mix in ice tray 3/4 full
3. add fine mango pieces on top
4. Make ice.

1 tbs agave syrup
5-6 mango ice cubes
1. Peel and cut washed mango.
2. In a blender blend mango and 2-3 ice cubes into very smooth puree.
3. In a chilled flute glass add mango ice and mango puree over it.
4. In a bowl mix coconut milk and agave syrup.
5. Pour coconut milk over mango mixture.
6. Move one straw from top to bottom and top again. (This will give marble effect)
7. repeat.
