Ingredients:
1 c dehydrated strawberry
1/2 ts Cardamom
1/2 c milk powder (skim or non-fat)
3/4 c sugar
1. Slow roast cardamom and milk powder for 5 min.
2. Add sugar and roast for 3 min more.
3. Blend everything together
4. store in a airtight jar in cold place out of sunlight.
*For dehydrated strawberry when strawberries are in season, dehydrate fresh strawberry in dehydrator or bake it at 150 degree till no water left.
*Having no preservative makes food more prone to spoilage so best thing is to make in a small batch and store it more carefully.
