1 ts peanut oil
1/2 c cabbage finely cut
3/4 c carrots, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, red cabbage julienned
1/4 onion sliced(optional)
1 c boiled noodles
6 tbs peanut dressing
salt if needed
Garnish :
salted chopped peanuts
lemon wedge
cilantro
1. heat oil in a wok.
2. cook vegetables for 5 min, on high heat keep the ingredients tossing not to let it stick.
3.turn the heat low.
4. Toss everything together very gently.
